The Mason Chamber Music Festival was established to provide Central Texas Hill Country residents and visitors with access and exposure to professional-level performances of chamber music in Mason, Texas.
The Mason Chamber Music Festival operates independently as an autonomous entity under the supervision of the Festival committee and legally under the umbrella of the Odeon Preservation Association. Our funding comes solely from sponsors, patrons, grants, and ticket sales for the Annual Gala performance.
Bringing high-caliber artists for an unforgettable weekend of chamber music, the Festival allows Mason and the Central Texas Hill Country visitors to revel in the magic of works by classical composers while enjoying the unique atmosphere and charm of magical Mason!
The MCMF has a long-term goal of establishing a music education program for the youth of Mason. We hope to fulfill our purpose in the coming years through the support and cooperation of our patrons and grants.
We are grateful to The Odeon Theater for providing us with the venue for the Annual Gala. Built on Mason’s Courthouse Square in 1928, it is the longest continually operating theater in west Texas and in a National Historic Register District. The Odeon is live performance venue and movie theater year-round.
We invite all who delight in chamber music and those experiencing it for the first time to attend our Annual Mason Chamber Music Festival and support the Arts in the beautiful Central Texas Hill Country!
In appreciation of your tax deductible donation to MCMF we will list all donor’s names in our Programs and thank all donors at curtain time at The Odeon Theater. Gifts in kind and volunteer hours will also be recognized. Mason Chamber Music Festival operates under the umbrella of the Odeon Preservation Association and is a 501(c)3 non -profit organization.
